Concept
Our belief has always been that "more is not better". The key to an effective sound control system is in using a specific material to reduce or elimiate a specific type of noise. If all automotive noise was the same, then one product is all you would need. But all automotive noise is not the same and noise is generated from a variety of sources.

When it comes to maximizing autosound quality and performance, no other noise control brand can touch the performance of the modular VBLOK products. Some vehicles are quieter and tighter than others but the reality is that they are all rolling tin cans. The effective use of dampers, barriers and absorbers will help to keep unwanted noise out and minimize your sound energy losses. Vibration dampers will prevent sound energy from being converted into mechanical energy which is a loss. Barriers block and reflect low frequency road noise that typically masks low frequency amanating from subwoofers. Absorbers used in specific areas of the vehicle will soak up reverberating sound in closed cavitites absorb mid and high frequency airflow and mechanical noise.

A sound control system will lead to dramatically improved auto sound quality. Not only will sound quality improve, but less amplifier power is required to overcome the noise floor. This equates to a reduced load on the vehicle electrical system and reduced costs in terms of amplification, power generation and distribution.
